Conference dinner

The optional social dinner at IFBLS 2021 will be held at the National Museum of Denmark on Friday 27th August 2021 at 18.30pm. For registration please go to registration desk at the conference.

The National Museum of Denmark is a must-see for every visitor to the city of Copenhagen. As the most important and largest cultural and historical museum in Denmark, it hosts a broad variety of fascinating exhibitions.

The National Museum of Denmark has some of the most unusual and beautiful banquet- and meeting rooms. The Prince’s Palace is located in a historical building in the very heart of Copenhagen, right between Tivoli Gardens and Christiansborg (the Parliament). It is possible to arrive both from land and the water, by car, coach or canal boat.

The building dates back to 1744 and was originally meant as the residence for the crown prince, the later Frederik the 5th. As such the National Museum has at all times hosted fairytale parties – long before it became a museum. In fact the museum at some point also hosted the High court, so even meetings have a long standing tradition here.
